Job Purpose: Client Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and grow sales from critical Businesses across locations.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor timely delivery to the customer.
- Relationship building with key customer accounts.
- Drive sales for the company and achieve sales target.
- Devise Sales Strategy to meet the value objectives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with
them and understanding their needs. - Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives in view of competitors’ strategy.
- Monitor, assess the current coverage and optimize the sales.
- Develop Distribution channel and manage them.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Monitor Competitors pricing, Strategy, new development and recommend pricing time to time.
- Improving market penetration and increasing the share of the Spares.
- Look for export opportunities.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

Requisite Skills:
- Candidate should have minimum 8 years of sales experience in related industries
- Confident and assertive
- Excellent client-interfacing skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good listening
- Self-grooming, logical reasoning and self-motivation
- MS office proficiency
- Experience in Export process preferred
- Should be ready to travel and do business development

Required Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate, MBA in Sales & Marketing
