Job Purpose: Client Acquisition


To maintain and grow sales from critical Businesses across locations.

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Monitor timely delivery to the customer.

Relationship building with key customer accounts.

The candidate has to drive sales for the company and achieve sales target.

Will devise Sales Strategy to meet the value objectives.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with
them and understanding their needs.

Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives in view of competitors’ strategy.

Monitor, assess the current coverage and optimize the sales.

Develop Distribution channel and manage them.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts

Monitor Competitors pricing, Strategy, new development and recommend pricing
time to time.

Improving market penetration and increasing the share of the Spares.

Look for export opportunities.

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Requisite Skills:

Candidate should have minimum 8 years of sales experience in related industries

Confident and assertive

Excellent client-interfacing skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Good listening

Self-grooming, logical reasoning and self-motivation

MS office proficiency

Experience in Export process preferred

Should be ready to travel and do business development

Required Profile:

Education: Any Graduate, MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience of more than 6 yrs in projects & min 2 yrs in Production of edible oil/ feed plant.

Total Experience : 6 years and more

Travelling : Yes (Extensive Intra - city and overseas travelling)

Preferred Domain : Sales and Marketing
